The blood pressure is different throughout the day due to weather, emotion, exercise and other various factors.For maximum accuracy you can use the option to average your last 3 readings.It should be measured at least Twice each time at an interval of five minutes; longer time interval might be needed for different personal health status.
How to Get Accurate Measurements?
STEP 1
Relax and sit comfortably with your left arm resting on a table. Fasten the cuff on your upper arm and position the tube off-center toward the inner side of your arm. Do not talk to people before or while measuring.
STEP 2
The cuff should be snug, but not too tight. You should be able to insert one finger between the cuff and your arm. If the monitor shows “E1” Reading while measuring, please re-fasten the cuff and try again.
STEP 3
The middle of the cuff should be level with the height of your heart. Before starting the measurement, sit comfortably with your back and arm supported, legs uncrossed, and feet flat on the floor. Then start measuring.
